I can never express how much I appreciate what they did for me. I took my 2006 Dodge Ram to them and they fixed it and it is driving better than ever. Mike and Kelly answered every question and provided excellent service. Thank you!

I went to Transmission Corporation of America last month due to my transmission slipping. After the diagnosis they determined my transmission was on the verge of failing. They were able to get my vehicle in and worked on quickly. They also let me know that my brakes were bad and needed to be replaced. They first told me it would be about a week but due to Thanksgiving, I understood it took a little extra time. Thank you Mike and Kelly for outstanding service! I will be back next time I need someone to work on my car. Mike and Kelly really went above and beyond!

They will find any and every excuse they can not to honor their warranties I called up there after having my transmission rebuilt for reinspection that told me not to worry about it now three months later I have Coach popping up and they're saying they will not honor my warranty

We always honor our warranty for vehicle repairs. We provide a warranty card at the time the vehicle is picked up and a manager signs and dates it. We ask the customer to return the vehicle in 10 days or 500 miles (whichever comes first) for a warranty check. During the warranty check we drive the vehicle, scan for codes and check for leaks. If the vehicle is not returned during that time, it does void the warranty and that information is listed on the warranty card provided to the customer. Once it is returned for the warranty check it is signed and dated again, which keeps the warranty intact. The vehicle was brought back in December 2022 with a check engine light on, we advised that the cooler line was leaking transmission fluid and needed to be fixed immediately. The customer declined the repair that day and asked to have the fluid topped off and left. The customer called and stated the check engine light was back on. We advised him to bring it in. When the customer arrived, we had pulled his file and advised about the issues in December 2022 with the cooler line leak and he said he had that fixed elsewhere. We advised the warranty was void due to the vehicle not being returned for the warranty check. We would never tell a customer NOT to bring their vehicle in for a warranty check because it is so important. Checking for codes and leaks can prevent failure of the transmission that was just repaired.

In 2019 I brought my Ford Explorer to Transmission Corp of America with what seemed to be transmission slippage. After a preliminary examination they concluded I needed a new transmission. With some trepidation I agreed to their analysis & had the new transmission put in (at a cost of over $5000.00 dollars) because their receptionist guaranteed this new transmission came with a "lifetime warranty." The the work was done a week later. & the old problem seemed to disappear. Unfortunately, a few weeks later the slippage returned. The vehicle went back to the shop where they drove it & said everything was fine!! THEN...Covid hit with it's mandatory lockdowns & travel restrictions. My vehicles were parked for nearly 2 years & during this time & my "lifetime warranty" vanished,! Basically, a "lifetime warranty" became a 12 mo. warranty that had expired during Covid! Well, now it's 2022 & the slippage, they didn't find, has returned with a vengeance & I've been told the warranty has expired in 2020 and I'd need repairs on my "new transmssion!!" SHOCK !!! But...this tale has a twist!..The warranty stated 12 mo. or 12,000 mi. which every comes first. Happoly, to their CHAGRIN, in the more than 2 yrs.that has passed, the odometer reads under 10,000 mi. proving the SUV has been driven sparsely. Finally, an agreement was reached where I would pay for any new parts & they would do the labor free. SAD TO SAY!, my car has been sitting on their lot for 3 mo without any work being done on it or any word from them, period ! ADAMANTLY, I picked up the SUV, TODAY, (out of frustration & because I need my SUV) without the work we agreed upon being done nor an apology from them for the inconvenience and monetary expense they siphoned from us! DO USE THIS PLACE, THEY ARE NOT TRUSTWORTHY !!!!👎👎👎👎

Ms. Flynn, we advised you that the warranty was up dThue to it being over 12 months; however we did offer to fix the problem even though the warranty was technically over based on the time that had passed and was going to waive the labor and have you cover the parts only. We were going to remove the transmission from the vehicle and find out what the issue was. You stated you did not want to pay anything because you had not driven the vehicle enough. You notified us that the radiator failed and dumped coolant into the transmission. That is not an issue with the transmission, it is an issue with the radiator and would not have been covered under the warranty for the transmission. I apologize for your experience and understand your frustration. We were never given approval for the repairs and the offer to waive all labor cost was declined.

I broke down on the interstate on my through Knoxville and called here because it said they were open. They had my truck towed in and said they would look at it the next day. I received a call by 10 am the next day and they told me it needed a new transmission. They gave me options that would get me back on the road faster. I was so pleased that they were able to get my truck up and running in a week and I am back home in Ohio. No issues and appreciate all the work they did.
