I spoke to Mike on Sept 1st and he told me that his company does things ethical in that they will only charge for what is needed to replace bad parts in the transmission. I felt this company could be a reputable company to doing business. So, I called back to have them tow my truck to their shop to do diagnostic check on transmittion. Spoke to Michelle who set this in motion. I got call back from Mike stating that the transmission needs to be rebuilt and he named all the parts that needed to be replaced. I had to put a down payment of $1200 which they didn't tell me I had to add taxes and transaction fee of 2.99% it actually came out to be 1350.20. Mike told me that it would take 3 days to complete this was Tuesday, Sept 5th. I came on Friday Sept 8th to pick up my Truck at around 12pm and was told by Michelle it won't be done until 5pm. I paid Mike my remaining balance of $5841 in cash since they didn't take check due to someone doing stop payment. I came back later that day and Michelle told me that Mike took it on test drive and transmission is relearning how to change gears and asked if I can wait because wants to do another test drive to make sure everything is working properly. I said fine I certainly wanted to make sure transmission is working properly before taking ownership. During the week Sept 11th, I was suppose to get the truck and Michelle says the new transmission isn't working properly and they have to order me a new one. She texted me on Sept 12th that they will have it ready by Wednesday evening. I got another text from her 1:52pm stating the new transmission just arrived and will be done no later than at lunch time on Thursday because the new transmission needs to be programmed. It's now Friday Sept 15th, I called Michelle and still don't have update on the completion of transmission installment in my truck. I fear that I brought my truck to the wrong repair shop even though it was recommended to me through a co-worker of my son. I went on their website to read some of the reviews and I became very concern what people have to say about their experience in how long they have been waiting to get their vehicle back for delays in workmanship and even after getting it done coming back for second transmission replacement after the first one failed. My heart sunk after reading these comments now i don't know if they will have my truck done after being invested now $7191.20 for rebuilt transmission.

Let's talk about some real stuff here! Both of your managers are addicts and they use and abuse the business to benefit themselves! Your best employee ever QUIT because you hired back the office manager that embezzled over 100k! If you want your business to continue to succeed then you need to get rid of the trash that you keep allowing to come back. Yes Mike and Michelle this message is directed at both of you! Thank you both for destroying my family with your actions, and Michelle thank your lucky stars that you didn't catch charges for the credit card that you opened!

Today's wait time 57 minutes at posting. Can't get through to know when they will be done with my car that was promised 2 weeks ago. I was asked to hold . . . And they've still not gotten back to me 54 mins later. I could of gone and bought another car with the money they're charging me. Take your hard earned money elsewhere!!!!!!!!!!!! Some one is not telling me the truth and I'm very not happy!!!!!

Traveling with family 6.5 hours away from home our car broke down. A BIG THANKS TO MICHELLE she took the time to help and also help locate a rental place nearby Michelle was very helpful and her customer service was excellent 🤗 Thanks again so much....

Can't recommend them at all. Called several times waited on hold just to be hung up on, twice in 1 day. That's 15 minutes of our life we'll never get back. MONTHS AGO we took it to them and asked them to check the computer. They initially pulled out the transmission without our permission. Feel like we were given the run around. Mike may be a good talker but sucked on delivery. Lost revenue and the ability to serve customers and take them where they want to go over the last 3 months. The Van in question had the transmission rebuilt 2 times in the prior 2 years, Which led us to think it was computer. Representatives at the company were told this. They "fix" (6k repair) the transmission to then tell me the computer is bad. Ding, ding, Ding that's why we brought it to you in the first place. Couldn't tell us how much additional it would be to fix it. Several months and no completed vehicle. Don't seem to have it together. Promised my vehicle last week, then Monday. Now truth is that it's not ready. ***** Can't trust them to tell the truth. !!!!! Stay far, far away from the Koalafi financing unless you can pay it off in 90 days. 4k turned into 12k.

Nov 2023 Car drives better than it did when we took it to them. It's been to Kentucky and back. I was experiencing difficulty on a road trip during 4th of July weekend. Every shop was closed but Mike took time out of his vacation day at the lake to speak with me on the phone and give me some advice to get through the trip. I was appreciative of his kindness and knowledge, even when he didn't have to!

Called this shop from Mooresville NC on a Friday afternoon. One of our good customers son was broke down in the area. I called on behalf of our customer and spoke to Michelle. She advised to have him come over to have it looked at. It was diagnosed and I spoke to Mike. He said they would due their best to see if they could get him going. He fixed it and got him on his way in a couple hrs. Cant say enough about this shop! No one likes to be out of town with car troubles but people like this make a bad situation a whole lot better. Cant thank Michelle and Mike enough for helping my customers! and side note: It was 95 deg outside with an overheated truck
