Everyone there was great. Michele was wonderful, Bryan was diligent, hardworking and I would hire either one of them in a minute. the mechanics were, knew what they were doing and ask great questions. Brought a 2005 Dodge Dakota in because of some engine noise and within minutes they had it diagnosed and gave me a price quote. Got it in the next day and they fixed it and charged me what they quoted. I highly recommend anyone to take their vehicles there for all your automotive needs. They’re honest, fast and do the job right!

By far the best experience at a car shop I've ever had. Such polite, kind and hard working people, and they will help you out however they can. Will highly recommend this place to everyone. Well worth the half hour drive it takes me to get there.

Do not do any sort of business with these people. Unfortunately I trusted this shop when buying a used car from them for nearly $7,000. 2 days after leaving with the car, the car's manual transmission breaks out of gear, taking out the speedometer and leaving me stranded. I then get it towed to my mechanic. We found the transmission to have no more than a shotglass of fluid in it. I will probably be spending at least $1,000 rebuilding the trans not 3 days after purchasing. Upon calling the shop and reaching management, I received nothing but insults about how it was my fault that the transmission went bad because I did not properly know how to drive a stick shift. I posted this review mainly because said manager told me she would "sue my ass" if I did. Learn from my mistakes and avoid this place.

Took my vehichle in to Tennessee Transmission of America I had a great experience. The manager was very helpful in telling me exactally what was wrong with my vehicle, the mechanics done a great job also my car was fixed and ready for me to pick up exactally when Julie told me it would be ready. I would recommend if you have any problems with your vehichle take it to the staff at Transmission of America best service and best prices in town!!!!!!
