great place great people just picked up truck today, rebuilt trans and rear end. Great job, great service, great people. work was better than I ever expected. they people were open and friendly. Everyone there was great. Michele was wonderful, Bryan was diligent, hardworking and I would hire either one of them in a minute. the mechanics were, knew what they were doing and ask great questions. I have been around car dealers all my life, they were the best. I have to thank you and your company for a tremendous experience. use my full name if you want.

Friend needed work done on his car but wasn't sure what it needed exactly. They did a 2 part test to find out before quoting a price. They were also helpful by getting to it the next day.

First off we were told that the $861.00 would be taken off the final total if we had the repairs done there, it was never taken off. Secondly, we were told if we paid for the repairs up front we would get a $25.00 coupon off of the fluid for the transmission. After looking at the itemized invoice we asked for the coupon was never applied. After looking at the invoice and talking with several other repair shops that said it should take no more than 8 actual man hours to remove and replace the transmission in our car we came up with the figure of 180.00 an hour for labor which is highway robbery from what we have been told. I have tried to talk to the manager or owner about this but every time I ask to speak to them the call gets disconnect. The total we paid for a new transmission was $3,571.11 and after reading the invoice carefully we found out it was a reconditioned transmission not a new one. They over charged us by 886.00, when I brought this to the attention of the ladies up front they tried to talk circles around me and throw odd numbers at me and acted confused by the simple math and flat denied telling us that the $861.00 would be subtracted from the total if we got the repairs done there. In short they ripped us off and then the car died on the drive home! It finally started again and we got it home but if it continues we will take it some place else.

Brought a 2005 Dodge Dakota in because of some engine noise and within minutes they had it diagnosed and gave me a price quote. Got it in the next day and they fixed it and charged me what they quoted. I highly recommend anyone to take their vehicles there for all your automotive needs. They’re honest, fast and do the job right!

Absolutely horrible customer service. The female manager that works there needs to be educated on customer service. She is beyond repair. ;)
