These people are really nice. I met Danny today who put new lug studs & lug nuts on my tires b/c they we're in really bad shape & it would've been dangerous to drive on. He was genuine & a very sweet person! He took care of the problem right away! I recommend this place to anyone❣

I would never recommend anyone go to this business. My girlfriend took her car in on a Monday because her light came on so she went to have it checked out. The GM Mike told her after checking the light and driving the car it would be $685 to take apart the transmission just to see what was wrong. She was urged to open up a credit card for their no interest financing, without even knowing what all was going to be wrong or how much a total cost would be. Since they were going to keep the car Mike drove her to work. On the drive he made comments that made her uncomfortable and was swerving while driving. Tuesday he still had no answers. Wednesday still no answers until late Wednesday afternoon, Mike states costs would be a little over $3,000. She did not agree to any work being done on Wednesday afternoon and got back with Mike Thursday morning informing him that she was opting to not have the repairs done and she would like them to have the transmission put back in the car so she could get her car back. Mike basically told her no, he was going to look at used transmission/parts so he can fix it. I myself called back and spoke to Michelle and informed her that Mike needed to do as asked since we were paying customers and to put the transmission back in the car as originally requested. We also requested the car be done by Saturday for us to pick up as we were trading the car in and getting a new one. I called on Friday to check the status and Mike states it takes a while and it may not be ready. Reminding Mike that they have had the car all week, no repairs being made, the car NEEDED to be ready Saturday. My girlfriend spoke to Michelle again on Friday afternoon and Michelle states she would try her best to have the mechanics finish the car and have it ready. She stated she would update us on Saturday if it wasn't ready and they close at 12:00 on Saturday. We had not heard any updates so on Saturday we go to pick up the car at 11:45. The car was not ready. No one called to update us as we were originally told. Michelle preceded to tell us a mechanic was going to stay after hours to finish the car and it would be ready around 4:00. Michelle stated the office phone would roll over to her cell phone after they close. We called Michelle at 3:15 with no answer and left a voicemail. We called again at 4:20 and she answered stating she was on her way to the shop that she didn't know if the car was finished or not and she would call us back. Michelle called back 20 minutes later saying the car was not ready, the mechanic in fact did not stay and work on it as originally stated. Michelle was apologetic and was trying everything she could to get this resolved. She had even texted with the GM Mike who had no concern on the matter and said they would start working on it Monday morning. We were told the car would be back in our possession by 10:00 on Monday morning. It came back closer to 1:00. We had informed Michelle we did not want any contact with Mike so a different mechanic drove the car back to us. When dropped off he stated the car drove great and just seemed all it needed was transmission fluid. So not only was the entire situation handled improperly, Mike wanted us to pay over $3,000 to have something fixed that didn't need to be fixed. After reading other reviews it seems Mike is scamming people and I would caution anyone going to this business. Michelle was the only one trying to resolve our issues. Mike was unprofessional, made inappropriate comments, and basically lied stating a new transmission was needed when in fact it was not. This place is in serious need of a new GM.

READ ALL REVIEWS BEFORE GOING HERE! THEY WILL TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOU! I hope I can save someone from being screwed over by this business!!!! My heart is broken!! took my car to Transmission Corporation where they kept it for over 2 weeks.They said they put a new transmission in and cost me over $3,000. Picked up car and drove 2 days and had to take it back. I sat there 5 hours, it needed 2 sensors, $340 still couldn't get it to stay running.They told me next i needed a timing chain.They busted my radiator didn't offer to fix it among other things.Had AAA tow my car to Phipps Garage they fixed it in one day 340.00.I wish i could get my money back from TCA but I know that won't happen.I just hate there are crooked people that take advantage of women.
