Michelle at the front desk is wonderful; she goes above and beyond to ensure that their customers leave happy. They do great work and my husband and I have taken many vehicles there. They work on much more than just transmissions and Mike is a great mechanic. I highly reccomend recommend them.

From a former mechanic's perspective, fantastic people to do business with. They were the last shop I called when I needed my wife's transmission replaced. She has a 2012 rogue, CVT trans. Notorious for having transmission problems. When I called and spoke with Mike, I told him I needed a quote on a new transmission. He asked me to bring it in for a free diagnosis before he would give me a quote. I immediately decided to do business with them, because they were the first to offer another solution, not just tell me it'll be "X" amount. Even after the diagnosis, he still offered to repair it, knowing I was sweating about the cost. I still requested the whole new transmission. He and Michelle both offered me a ride, and went above and beyond. Service was fast, delivered on time, fairly priced, and was a genuinely stress free process from the get go with them. They are truly kind, generous people, who are not out just to scam the next person.
