I met with Mike on 9/26. Here's my story and it's still developing. I have a 2020 Ford Escape Titanium. $40,000 car I bought brand new. It's been a great car BUT it's been acting funny. When taking off from a dead stop and having to make right or left turns there is a quick vibration(shudder) coming from the rear. After it goes into next gear everything is great. Still under warranty I called Ford to get an appointment. Ford tells me they are booked out for 6 weeks and even if it's their problem they can't get to it until spring and no loaner cars. WHAT??? So I booked the appointment anyways. Fast forward to 9/26 I took the car into Ford(Lance Cunningham) and when the service tech came up he said no one could look at it for at least a week and a half. Fuming from the inside I went ahead and handed the car over to them. After getting home and having a few awful experiences already with Ford and their service my gut told me to go back and get my car and find someone else. Screw the warranty. Sooo I called Mike. He dropped what he was doing and took the car for spin and validated my issues. We both agreed it's a rear differential issue that should be covered by Ford HOWEVER after further research Ford has an epidemic of these issues and currently in this region have 1300+ back orders on replacement components. To add further misery to my story Mike and others like Mike can't get their hands on the replacement components because of this. So I appreciate Mikes honesty. We came up with some work arounds and that's still in discussion but the point is his time and knowledge was worth more than the 0 dollars he could have gotten out of me. Thanks MIKE!

Mike Bonn was absolutely amazing!!!! He was very polite, helpful, and very very hardworking. His ability to juggle everything around the shop and help his customers and give honest quotes is by far the best I’ve seen when it comes to working with car shops. Mike and Hunter are very good at what they do and their customer service is excellent! Definitely would come back here again!

I am thoroughly pleased with the rebuilding of my transmission. My Truck runs great, shifts properly....feels like it has more power. I dealt with Mike and he was professional and courteous, and the front desk secretary was friendly. I would prefer people to this company

There are just not a lot of worse scenarios than being stranded 5 hours from home with catastrophic transmission failure, with your daughter’s entire apartment contents inside the vehicle after helping her move. Mike and his crew of magicians somehow, someway got our vehicle’s transmission rebuilt in record time, and we safely made it home. Mike was very sympathetic to our situation and extremely helpful. I highly recommend them!

I took my 2010 Ford F-150 to Transmission Corporation of America due to it feeling like it was slipping and hearing a whining sound. They rebuilt my transmission and I had my vehicle back in about 1 1/2 weeks. Other shops I called gave me all kinds of prices and said it would be about 2 weeks before they could get to it and Transmission Corporation told me to bring it in first so they could. They let me know exactly what to expect and even though they had to charge a down payment to dismantle my transmission, that down payment went towards the rebuild. I was so happy that every time I called, my questions were answered and Mike and Kelly were so polite. Thank you for taking care of my truck.
