Excellent service. On a road trip they took me as walkin diagnosed the issue, ordered parts, replaced them and had me on the road in 2 hours at a very reasonable price. I would use them regularly if I lived in Knoxville.

Traveling south with my family on vacation with my family when my check engine light came on. Mike worked us in right away and tried to diagnose the reason for the error code. He spent a lot of time with us trying to get to the root cause. Very friendly.

I absolutely Love this place. They are very professional and understanding. This place has a outstanding customer service and gets things done when they say they are going to get it done . Michelle and Mike is very helpful. They go above and beyond their means to help anybody out. They are definitely a place that I feel comfortable to leave any of my vehicles with and knowing that there are not out trying to screw you over! I highly recommend this place!

Mike and Michelle at transmission corp of America were very friendly and most helpful in fixing my Audi all road, which turned out to be a problem child. The crew at the shop worked on the car for quite awhile before discovering the prior owner of the car had done some shady wiring, which caused the transmission problems, but thankfully they were able to correct the problem and get my car running like new again. They've also rebuilt a transmission for me in a 91 Corvette that performed flawlessly. I would highly recommend them.

Something has went wrong here, this was the go to for my car repairs. I have waited for 3 weeks for my car to be fixed. Price went from 2k to 4200, I was told they were waiting on a part to come in and it would be fixed. I have walked to work everyday patiently waiting. I will be going elsewhere for car repairs from now on. I would highly recommend others do the same! Even since 2021 their BBB has been revoked!
