I had an amazing experience with Michelle and the whole team, her customer service was top notch. I called the day before to get a quote (which was accurate) to replace my ac compressor for my Ford five hundred. I took my car in the next morning as soon as they opened and was greeted with a smile and an explanation as to what needed to be done and why my car was making the noise it was. Turns out the AC belt needed to be changed as well, which they did at not much of an additional cost! I was able to call and pay for their services over the phone and pick up my car after hours to find it with freezing cold AC and running perfectly! I would highly recommend this place to anyone for any of their services!

To whom this may concern transmission America here in Knoxville between merchants and Clinton Highway. Has repaired my Ford ranger. Almost a year ago. The truck is give me excellent service I’ve had excellent quality done to the truck very pleased. Also today I am sitting right now in their lot with my 2014 Buick Enclave. I was concerned that I may have an issue with it and the gentleman came out did a test run. And also check my fluids. And gave me an honest opinion I thought I needed a transmission flush. He told me my fluid was perfect transmission was doing great he would not waste the money. He said it was not technically time to have this transmission serviced yet. I appreciate the honesty that they gave me. They did not try to price gouge me or make up stories to get me to do a transmission flush it wasn’t needed. That’s one of the main reasons why I come here honesty mechanics. They tell the truth they don’t find a way to make more money out of you. So my opinion I will always bring my car here

Very professional, always nice, tech's very knowledgeable and repair time is within expected time for repairs. I highly recommend them.

I just wanna say, I've got an oldie but a goodie in my 03 Crown Vic. These guys have been the only ones Ive been able to trust to rebuild nearly the entire driveline on this car over the last two years. I cannot enthusiastically ENOUGH get across how great these guys are. -I digress here quickly but also let me point out that they also literally saved me better than half off over two previous estimates from other shops.- I'll get another 200,000 out of her yet. One last thing, when I couldn't come up with the full amount needed to get the work done, they refered me to a great financing solution. No Xtra benefit except to help me get the work I needed done. They're fantastic.
