Don't go there ..At first they where very professional then after paying them UMP some money to fix THE PROBLEM BY THE WAY YOU SAID WAS THE PROBLEM . 3 months later back again...She acts as if she cares but really only cares about getting your money. Called to let HER know that it's having problems Again I wait on HOLD FOR 45 minutes she doesn't even come back to the phone (BUT WAS Available for PAYMENTS) I m on Hold for A JUNKY A JUNKY ANSWERS He's not really On HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE MEDICINE YALL tell me to bring it up there in a 3 HRS because he wants to see it... BUT was to HIGH to even SPEAK CORRECTLY..BOTTOM LINE DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR KINDNESS WITH THESE SCAMMERS.. Then throwing some oh fake Warranty paper that she really doesn't even put the actual miles driven on. FACTS.

A/C went out while traveling, these folks worked with me to have me ready before I had to head back home.

they were super friendly and helpful. so patient with me calling everyday. they will be my go to mechanic from now on.

I don’t write reviews but these folks deserve one! We had transmission trouble while on vacation. I picked them at random from a Google search. Michelle (who will always be known as our Customer Guardian Angel) sent Diego to pick us up since 5 people don’t fit in a tow truck. They could have arranged towing if we hadn’t already called AAA. They were amazing to deal with, fair on price and helped get us back on the road. I can’t say enough about Michelle, Diego, Tom and Chris. No one wants to need a transmission repair company but if you do, THESE are your people!

I never leave reviews but I wanted it to be known how horrible our experience was with this shop. It took 2 weeks for us to get our vehicle back after being told it would take one week. I’d call almost daily to get an update because they never contacted us except to tell us how much it would cost to fix after an $800 deposit. Every time I called we’d be told lie after lie about what was being done or why it wasn’t done. My husband stopped in one day to actually look at the vehicle and see where they were with the transmission and the mechanic wasn’t sure which was ours and it was still in pieces when we’d been told the day before it was rebuilt. After getting the vehicle back it made 2 new noises that it didn’t before I took in. I took it back after 2 weeks for the warranty check in and told them about the noises and they immediately responded with more than likely it’s not our fault. We probably exposed a problem you already had. After spending 2 hours there they finally found what each issue was and both were their fault. If we have any future issues with the transmission even if it’s still under warranty we’d never take it back to this shop and have them touch it. We also have not received an invoice for the work done even though we’ve had the vehicle back for a few weeks now.

This is a Ten star business! I’ve been an infrequent customer for many years, always above and beyond excellent service. I’ve gotten a new clutch, pre-purchase transmission inspection, oil changes a/c repair, even just air in a tire. Always kind, courteous, honest, timely, and good at their job! Highly recommended!

They were all very friendly and went out of their way to help us. Michelle and Mike are wonderful! I had so many questions, and harrassed them a lot, but they were very understanding.

Professional and Michelle was friendly and sweet and patient ..A+++
